Back in 2019, a few of us were sitting around asking why business finance felt so complicated. Not the actual numbers part—that's straightforward enough. But the explanations? They seemed designed to confuse rather than clarify. We figured there had to be a better way to help business owners in Vietnam understand their finances without needing an accounting degree first.

The Beginning
Three people, one shared frustration with overly complex financial advice. We started creating straightforward guides for small business owners who needed practical help, not jargon.
2021
Finding Our Focus
After working with dozens of businesses, we realized most struggled with the same fundamentals. Cash flow management. Basic budgeting. Understanding what their numbers actually meant. So we doubled down on teaching those essentials really well.
2023
Growing the Team
Brought on experienced finance professionals who could translate complex concepts into everyday language. Turns out there are plenty of people who believe financial education shouldn't require a decoder ring.

Spent eight years in corporate finance before realizing she preferred helping small businesses understand their numbers. Has a talent for explaining complex financial concepts using coffee shop analogies.
